This institution is not a HOSPITAL at all. It is a PRISON. It is not accredited as a hospital. It is a prison with all of it's small population being mentally ill and involved with the court system in someway. Most are not convicted of a crime but found not competent. They all deserved to be in a Massachusetts Department of Mental Health operated State Hospital not this PRISON!!!! This prison is run by the Massachusetts Department of Corrections. Security is that departments job, not MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT.
