Dr. Fiske is excellent and communicates very well with patients. I thoroughly enjoyed his demeanor. For the reviewer who reamed him for not participating in her efforts to damage her eyes -I have this to say: BRAVO DR. FISKE!

Contacts should only be worn by responsible individuals. Dr. Fiske did the woman's 4 year old a favor by teaching her that we do not have to participate in others' reckless behavior. I received no pamphlets from Dr. Fiske about any religion. I think she just tossed that in for drama.

Dr Fiske is a good man and does a very good job. I found him helpful, courteous, kind, friendly and extremely competent. I've visited his offices on 2 or 3 occassions and had eye exams and prescriptions without any problems whatsoever. I would rate him 5 out of 5 as an optician. Given the choice I would always go back to him first for my regular appointments.

As for the negative "customer" review in this comments section, there are always customers who are totally unreasonable, rude, purposely difficult, and who choose to be difficult if not impossible to deal with.
The reviewer who left the negative, self-justifying, pouting review is undoubtedly one of these people - arrogant, spoilt, rude, selfish, childish and completely self-absorbed - as if she knows more about safe contact lens wear than a qualified optiician and he should accomodate her personal habits, selfishnesses, quirks and insanities and her rude refusal to listen. In other words, it is all about her. I am glad she got her come uppance because she created her own problem there, not the other way around. She is a typical customer who is out of order and Dr Fiske is better off without her. Customers like that you don't need. Not that she will listen of course - customers like her never do.
