They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They told me I needed the same glasses and contacts prescription as I have always had, but I'm still not seeing perfectly. I think that I might need to go somewhere else. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Not consistent with their policies. And not flexible to my needs. Also, when I updated my information with a new phone number, they did not retain that information and so when my contacts came in they could not reach me because they had not done that, and so I was without new contacts for over 2 weeks, when it only took 3 days to get them in. Will not ever be going back to them. They aren't priced any different than anywhere else, and way less professional.
