The worst optical visit ever. They were lazy and more concerned with their cell phones. I was initially overcharged for my prescription. I did research and found they overcharged me by $32. Friendly... I was seeking a professional environment. I am not their sweetie. Appropriate boundaries need to be me. Lastly, as I sat in the customer chair, one of the attendants came over and brought with him the most foul smelling gas. Needless to say he did not apologize. I immediately got up and walked away. They say NYers are rude, but these people take the cake.
