I have always gotten excellent customer service at this salon. The wait is never long because they don't overbook appointments. Every time I visit I feel as though I am a valued customer no matter what I am getting be it a silk press or cornrows. The salon is decorated nicely and is always clean.

The customer service here is exceptional. The stylists are knowledgeable and ensure that customers have a wonderful experience at each and every appointment. No matter the time of day that I come, I never have to wait to be serviced. It is a family friendly atmosphere and very welcoming. My hair is healthy and continues to grow. I constantly get compliments on my styles. My daughter has natural hair, and it is treated and maintained well. She always has beautiful age appropriate styles for an 11 year old. I highly recommend this salon!!
