My husband and I came to Patrick after having problems in our marriage. I had read about therapists trained in the Gottman method of couples counseling and saw that he was. He was very good in helping us both understand how we were contributing to some of the patterns we wanted to stop. Lots of practical skills to learn and activities to work on between sessions - highly recommended.

I was so happy to have found Patrick as my counselor. I never felt judged by the problems I shared with him and I felt like he understood and cared. He worked with me to help me get through a rough time in my life and his insight into my problems were great. He gave me some good feedback on what I could try to make things better. I've been to a couple of therapists before in my life and this is the first time I've been in therapy where I actually learned what I needed to move beyond my problems.
