I got infections after the colonoscopy procedures. The staff is not professional at all you feel like you are going to a gas station to get your colonoscopy donne.

Yes, I have to add my review also. It is with great sadness that I am going to change doctors after going through his very rude office staff again. Dr. Ragu is an amazing Doctor. But, like other amazing doctors out there, they do not pay attention to their staff. I just called to make an appointment as I am having some upper GI complications. Just like clockwork, I was treated very rudely, AGAIN!!

Then I was told that the soonest I could see him was a month and a half away.

All I can say is that this office staff must me related to someone there., as nobody would hire such rude staff voluntarily.
