They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.
