I was completely satisfied with the time I wisely spent talking to Mara. She helped me so much; in ways I didn't think possible. she is an absolute expert in her field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in her care. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would recommend her to anyone. She has helped me so much. She is a kind, passionate, caring therapist. She addresses your issues in a way that is helpful, to the point, and not impossible to overcome. I am glad I picked her as my therapist, and would recommend her to anyone.

In my 34 years of experience with bipolar, I have never had a therapist who was more knowledgeable, compassionate or creative in helping me to manage my illness then Mara Steinhour. It has been a long journey for me, and I feel so fortunate to have found a therapist that I can trust and call on when the need arises.
