I accept any Auto Owners Insurance (i.e. Allstate of State Farm) with a Doctors script, diagnostic codes and treatment codes. I can also attempt to bill private insurance bought on the State exchange through the Affordable Care Act if you have a Dr's Rx. A Credit Card is fine. A HSA CC is accepted and of course cash. No personal checks please.

I am a deep tissue massage therapist and master herbalist with 1200 hours of advanced training in manual therapy from Blue Heron Academy in Grand Rapids.
