Today was my first appointment with Dr. Michael Teitelbaum for a consultation for some veneers that I need on my upper front teeth. My appointment was at 5:00pm and to my surprise I was attended to by 5:02 pm. So far so good I am thinking. Dr. Teitelbaum came in right away and did my exam and went over everything with me as far as what were my options for treating my teeth. He listened to my needs and fears and with a very calm and soothing tone, he explained to me the best treatment for my years of neglect or better yet years of trying to find a dentist that had a human side to him or her. Dr. Teitelbaum showed me real live examples of the before and after veneers that he has performed and I was amazed at the beauty and the natural look of his workmanship. He is truly an artist that has a title of a dentist. No wonder why he has been in the same location for the past 24 years. I can't wait to start my treatment. I have to thank my coworker (Richard P.) for referring me to Dr. Michael Teitelbaum. He had seen Dr. Teitelbaum for his headaches and he always brags about how great of a dentist he is and now I see why. My first visit has been more than perfect.

Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. The office is in an old broken down house that was never updated and the exam rooms and waiting room is so filthy and crowded. You are very much afraid that nothing is clean. However, his prices are outrageously high! He messed up my partial denture and wouldn't even fix it or refund my money. Horrible experience! Stay away from this place it should be condemned!
