Dr. Sanford is rare in this day and age. He is incredibly kind, thorough, and professional. He and his staff make us feel welcome and un-rushed. He sent us a sympathy card when our cat needed to be put to sleep and
showed such warmth and understanding throughout. His staff are kind and gentle as well and offer to help however they can. MY children love coming as well as they learn from the staff and the Dr. each visit.

As for the office:
Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
