Don't waste your time here. Take your cats to the Cat Clinic in Enid. The people in Pond Creek don't care about you or your animals. I'm sure if you're able to throw money at them, they'll help you. But if you're in a pinch and having a emergency, your fur baby is as good as dead. That's what happened to me. They say they offer "care credit", but I was denied because they said I have to have been there in the past. When I reminded them that I had been using then for 3 years, they still told me that I couldn't use their "care credit". I had no outstanding balance, either. I always paid upfront. They knew my baby was very sick and they refused to help us. I lost my baby because of them.

All the staff are friendly, knowledgable and show true concern about their patients! They saved my dog's life more than once and I couldn't have asked for better care for her! I highly recommend them to any one whose pet is a member of their family - they will treat them like they are a part of theirs too!
