Walking into this guy's office was the beginning of an absolute nightmare. The guy is basically off in space the whole time, he acts somewhat intimidated by people's problems, and he is literally terrified of conflict; in short he is mostly incapable of competently performing his duties. Really, he amounts to nothing more than a glad-handing yes-man who seeks to enrich himself through his considerable fees, despite offering essentially nothing more than a cheaply decorated office replete with a creepy psychoanalyst eavesdropping, and supplying the occasional nod or pandering query. It is a great place to go if you want to waste cash and have your problems fester, or worse.
