The counselor made sure all my questions were answered and was very knowledgeable about credit issues in particular. We reviewed options that will help me budget better and get out of debt - even some I had not considered. The appt staff (by phone) prepared me well for my meeting and pre-answered a few of my initial questions. Ms. Roy is caring and professional, and made the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting, especially with knowing more about loan modifications or other options to help with my mortgage.. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about my financial situation.
