I used Marc Vicks services for 2 years where My self and my ex wife met with him on a regular basis. Marc was always fare and objective his ability to not take sides was exceptional. I found Marcs demeanor and willingness to keep our meeting amiable above average. At times my ex and I requested he make or arbitrate the decision and in most cases he support us in coming up with the decision. When he did arbitrate decisions I felt it was fair and equitable and he explained the reasons as to why de decided the way he did. He did a terriffic job of allowing my ex and i to control the time table and didnt push us to be quick rather he waited for us to tell him what the time table was to look like. I would recommend Marc Vick highly.

I have spent the past year in mediation sessions with Mr. Vick and my ex wife. It has been a nightmare. Mr. Vick has lacked objectivity and been unable to listen to both parties in our mediation. He has accepted untrue/inflated accusations made by my ex at face value without substantiating them. He made inappropriate sexual commentary in sessions, and has been unresponsive to emails and phone calls. At one point he said to me and my ex: "Be sure you contact me through email or it might end up here.." pointing to the huge mound of unread correspondence on his desk.

I understand that Mr. Vick was a good mediator at one time, but something seems to have happened to him. Do yourself a favor and find ANYONE else.
