The clinician has been in private practice since 1983 performing psycho-diagnostic evaluations for children, adolescents and adults. The clinician has extensive experience in individual and family therapy. He was a clinical supervisor of third year medical students and graduate psychology students doing their rotation in the psychiatric emergency room affiliated with Albert Einstein College of Medicine from 1978 to 1983. He has a graduate degree in forensic psychology. He is certified in school psychology and holds a licence as a mental health counsellor.

He has worked in a variety of settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, Prevention and Foster Care Systems, as well as in schools as early intervention with children, preschoolers, school-age and High School populations.

I thought it was nice that they supplied a good quality chair for me to sit in during our session. I was comfortable the entire time. Some of my questions were answered, but I wish they had been a little bit more forthcoming. They kept everything I said confidential, and didn't give out any of my information. They understood how important my privacy is. What a horrible smelling waiting room! it smelled like smoke especially in his office, he had been smoking with my child in the room I found it so offensive, when I gave him my co-payment he rushed me out the office because he said that we were making him late, I contacted himlater on to request that he please not smoke with my child in the office and to confirm our next appointment and to let him know that we ave a wedding to attend and we will have to miss our next appointment. When we finally saw him after memorial day weekend he spoke with me before he saw my son and he was very upset that I requested that he not smoke in my sons presence and he denied smoking ever in the office.
Over all he is a nice therapist but because he became highly offended becasue of the no smoking request and the fact that he told me that he does not believe what the surgoen general says about second hand smoke, I think I will not continue to bring my son to him because he was not proffesional about the whole situation, I work in the medical feld myslef and I was shocked at his reaction.
