Just no -- I'm actually searching for information about how to file a complaint.

People in waiting room can overhear therapy sessions in progress. Whether very thin walls or unfortunate ductwork I'm not sure, but wow.

My teen daughter only became angrier and disrespectful. Great improvement with a different therapist, but Dr. Reed was nearly disasterous.

... and billing. There's no receptionist and no one answers the phone. No one will call you back. Nightmare.
