I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.
