This provider was horrific! I question the validity of his training, as he refused to listen fairly to all sides of the situation presented. He was adamnt that only certain members were listened to and considered - so much that other participants were not allowed to talk during sessions. He also issued subtle threats from the other participants, giving warnings that others should be careful "or else." In addition, this counselor gave legal advice which, upon consultation with an attorney, turned out to be incorrect! Thank goodness his armchair quarterback advice was not followed, or else contempt would have taken place! Run as fast as you can from this person!

One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. One thing that's been so annoying about this provider is that they usually end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. I left feeling somewhat unsatisfied. I was hoping to feel better after the session but this wasn't the case. The office smells like mold and has insects. The provider is not professional and offers legal advice!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
