Chrysalis saved my life, quite literally. My therapist was wonderful and knowledgeable -- despite the difficulty of the subject matter, I enjoyed going and felt better after I went. It's definitely got a strong feminist background, but no judgment where any woman is now. My only regret was that I had to drive from St. Paul... but I'm going back, because I haven't found anything/anyone else nearly as good at healing my mind.
