Dr, Vitkins program has not just improved my weight but I am no longer feeling fatigue or sluggish. The foods I am eating help me to feel more energy and healthier. I will never go back to my old ideas of healthy because the way I think has been completely changed 'reprogrammed". All the hurry up and easy processed foods are more harmful than we actually understand. When I look around and see so many ppl unhealthy I wish I could convince everyone of the benefits of making a change.
