Absolutely amazing! Monica Cengia was highly recommended by my physician. Having had high blood sugars for a number of years I knew the basics of what to do. After an incredibly helpful visit including teaching me why blood sugar levels go high and how food and activity can control them, I feel so positive that I can accomplish more to control this and still eat healthy and satisfying food choices. Monica is a gem, a rare find that I am so happy I met her and feel empowered!!

After my doctor explained that my blood sugar was starting to get too high she recommended Monica Cengia as the best dietitian in the area. Monica set up an appointment time that worked out great in my schedule. At our visit, I just loved her style - she personalized the visit to my needs and medical issues. I now have a plan to use for my meals even when I eat out. She made sure that the foods I like are included and did not push foods I don't like. Now I feel confident I will be able to lose weight and get that darn blood sugar down as my family has a history of diabetes. My highest recommendations for this kind and caring nutrition expert!
