Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I will definitely recommend this doctor to people I know. The doctor was very welcoming while professional, Dr. Ma asked all of the many questions ahe needed answers for in a way that drew out information but was not clinical sounding. She was very patient with my mother who was not having a good day. The major complaint I have is that the electronic sign in system they use is not user friendly and does not respond well when trying to make the multiple entries required for a first visit.
