Don't be fooled by the appearance of Noreen McKeen!!!
The care is HORRIBLE. I placed my mother here recently and she expired due to lack of care. The nurses are not clinically savvy, there is no communication among team members. They're always short of staff and really, nobody cares- even when you complain. Up to this day, I still feel guilty for taking my mom here and no one should experience what my mother endured!
