My mother and step father are residents here and are currently considering relocating. They are extremely dissatisfied with the frequent squabbles between the higher-up employees and Terry's (the manager) inability to control this, and they are unhappy that some employees are consistently late for work. They find both of these things very disrespectful especially since they pay a substantial sum to reside there.
They find the food to be of mediocre quality and claim the caretakers and generally pleasant but find the squabbles and the employees' lack of work ethic to overshadow the good qualities.
