We brought our cats to this facility and although they were very compassionate and helpful when our oldest cat needed to be put down, our other cat suffered for over a year with fleas. We explained to them everything we had done to try to eliminate them, and they gave her the behind-the-neck spray, but nothing worked. The vet and assistants led us to believe we and they were doing everything possible; however, we decided to get a 2nd opinion from another local vet and they offered us another option (an ingested pill) that seems to be working! We are not very happy with Advanced Animal Health Clinic because it seems to us they were only doing the bare minimum. We have to wonder...did they not know about this medicine or did they just want us to continue coming back and having to spend more and more money on treatments. This other veterinarian facility, was much more friendly and professional. We will not be back to Advanced Animal Health Clinic.

When my dog was fixed the incision was crooked and it also got infected. The female Doctor could be a lot nicer. They could act more professional
