I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
