They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The nurses are extremely unprofessional,however. I guess they are trying to keep things light with an attempt at humor, but they cross a line. They say and do rude things that I wouldn't even want to print here. My aunt was horrified!
