They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. Dr. Ader and the staff care more for the animals than their own appearance. I am glad that they have their priorities straight. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
