My dog was hit by a car, and Dr. Walter agreed to see him after hours. I was thankful and confident that I had left my dog in the hands of a professional but I was sadly mistaken.
Dr. Walter insisted that x-rays were not necessary. A two-ton vehicle hit my small terrier dog and he believed that he should not check for fractures or vertebrae issues. He insisted that I give him baby aspirin and told me that follow-up is unnecessary.
Using my own common sense I took him to the animal hospital in Nebraska City where I learned that he had a cracked jaw. Dr. Walter must have used his x-ray vision to confirm that my beloved pet did not need an x-ray.
My dog was hurt, scared, and traumatized. I placed my faith in Dr. Walter and we were betrayed. It was evident he was just trying to shoo me out the front door.
I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
