The benches in their waiting rooms are nice. They have a seperate area for cats and dogs. I was comfortable. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family.
We have been going to this vet for 6 years and the service has declined. At first we were very happy with them and their services the last couple of years have gotten worse. They gave us the wrong dosage of medicine for one of our dogs and just recently we went in with an emergency and they did nothing. For two days they had our dog and only gave her fuilds by iv. She was only taken outside twice a day and it end up to me to take her out to get a urine sample they were supposed to have gotten the day before. They would not return calls or answer questions. We ended up removing her and going to another vet. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They were barely helpful at all.
We will be transferring our records to another vet.
They are okay for shots and routine but they don't seem to care now when in the past they did. It's a real shame.
