The folks at Chilhowee Vet Clinic are the best. The staff is professional; the vets - all of them - are wonderful. They work with the clients, people and four-legged, to help in any way possible. The facilities are super-clean, including the kennel and surgery areas. They provide excellent and prompt feedback, and scheduling appointments is easy. I moved here from out of state, and couldn't have been more pleased and surprised by the quality of service. I have one special needs pet, and they worked with UT Vet Clinic for her treatment. I didn't have to haul her around - they did all of the consulting for me. And their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Dr Laviola is a wonderful, compassionate vet, who has a heart for elderly pups. She took all the time needed to answer all my questions, and even enquire about how I was. She is always available if I have any more questions. The staff is friendly, welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much easier. I highly recommend Chilhowee Vets.
