I HAD AN APPT. WITH DR. VINCENT VARGAS ON 5/21/14. BECAUSE I REQUESTED MY PAIN MEDICATION FOR MY LYMPHODEMIA, I WAS TREATED LIKE A DRUG ADDICT, WITH HIM INFORMING ME WITH A GRIN ON HIS FACE THAT HIS ASSOCIATE CUT ME CLEAR OFF MY PAIN MED. HE REFUSED AN EXPLANATION. " YOU WILL HAVE TO ASK HER THAT " he said .WHAT GAVE HIM THE RIGHT TO TREAT ME LIKE I WAS THERE FOR A FIX ? I AM 62 YEARS OLD AND SICK AND NOT LOOKING FOR A FIX!!! AND WHY DON'T I HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW WHY I WAS TAKEN OFF ?
