Dr. James Keller is an expert reptile vet who has treated my bearded dragons since I became a reptile keeper in 2011. The office and exam rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have never been put on hold, or had to listen to tacky music. I have called for issues and been seen the same day. Dr Keller answers all my questions and I would never dream of taking my reptiles anywhere else.

They are always great about getting our pets in asap. I have never had an issues getting a pet in, the same day as calling with the ailment. Staff is always very friendly and genuinely cares about the animals. They remember animals names, their history etc.. (or my pets just seem to be there a lot lol). Anytime I am there, they ask how the other pets are doing with their medications/ailments etc. They don't do unnecessary procedures, or recommend procedures that would ultimately cost an arm and a leg if they aren't truly needed. For the first time in my history of owning animals can I take them to the vet without worrying what it's going to cost. The prices are very reasonable, and they are great about giving estimates before conducting procedures. My questions are always answered in great detail, and I have never had a problem with getting an answer to a question about meds etc after getting the pet home, but needing to call the office for further clarification. The only thing that could use a little bit of working on, on their part is calling with test results. I find that if our pets have tests, I typically have to call in to get the results which is a small price to pay for an amazing and knowledgable staff, that treats our pets like they were their own. I have highly recommended Countryside to many friends and family members, a few of whom have switched over to them.
