This office is terrible. They set my appointment knowing the doctor wasn't going to be in. They claimed to made phone calls for two days to cancel all the appointments. Well my appointment was made two days ago. So I was hot, and in a lot of pain. There's a white girl with long hair that wear glasses who decided to come up in the front to call herself checking me BECAUSE I was going off! . After I said what I had to say..as I was walking out the door the white girl with the glasses told me "To leave the office and get the fuck out before she kick my ass!" I walked back in and told her to bring her ass from behind the counter. She called the police instead. Here come all the rest of this pathetic staff. Whispering to each other and looking. I stood there waiting on the police. The police came and of course the little white -four-eyed girl didn't tell the truth, but I sure did. About six other people came in behind me...(they called everyone) I was showed comments/reviews on this office and I wasn't surprised. I truly believe the reviews on here that are positive are from the office workers. Everyone I spoke to about this office all say the same thing. THIS IS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL,NASTY, RUDE, STUPID OFFICE STAFF. I REPORTED THIS OFFICE TO SEVERAL OFFICES TODAY! MISSOURI NEED TO SHUT IT DOWN!

The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. Also, the doctor will perform, or send you for procedures that are not needed, and have nothing to do with your condition JUST FOR MONEY!!!! IT IS QUITE OBVIOUS, AND I have read it from other patients on these forums. I have degenerative disks. he asked me if ive ever had any brain trauma???? i said no, so what's he do? sends me for a brain scan, even the guy at the scan said he had no idea why it was done. then he sent me for an mri cause he said my last one was too old. took the mri, brought him the disk they gave me, and he continued treating me for like 6-7 months. then, after driving there and back(over 75 miles roundtrip) he starts asking the nurse where the write up of the mri is..then he starts to ask me? i said i have no idea, was like 8 months ago, i signed release papers for you to get it, im not the dr, i figured you would have them send it over..this became a huge issue so bad, that as i visited him last, he asked me where the report was? i said you looked right at that nurse and told her to get it, that you couldn't give me my shots until you saw it. he said, no i told you, and you seem to have memory problems, and are being argumentative??? um, i am a professional, make over 6 figs a year, i do NOT have a memory problem, i am not the dr, or last i checked supposed to be doing dr or nurses work as far as getting paperwork regarding tests ive taken that he ordered..this man is unreal. he gave me a week of my medications(which are fairly strong, meaning quitting them cold turkey would be probably a death wish as i did it on my own once when i was younger and healthier) and said i have a week to get the report, wouldn't tell me where he would have sent me, no information on how to find it, and walked out, and said or he wouldnt be able to treat me..and of course asked if i had been taking one of my meds, which is a shot i do in his office, and i have done it each time im there right in front of him,....who has the memory problem?>???? this guy is a money hungry JOKE/HACK...RUN!!!! HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, HE CARES ABOUT ALL HIS BUSINESS'--WELCOME TO AMERICA BUDDY...HE OWNS THE 3 STORY BUILDING, 1ST FLOOR IS HIS PHARMACY SO NO MATTER WHAT YOU WERE TAKING PRIOR TO SEEING HIM, HE'S GOING TO PUT YOU ON WHATEVER GETS THE MOST OUT OF INSURANCE, 2ND FLOOR IS HIS REALTY OFFICE, 3RD FLOOR IS HIS "QUACK OFFICE" I NEED INFO ON HOW AND WHO TO REPORT THIS GUY TO. I HAVE MANY DR'S IVE SEEN SINCE I WAS A CHILD THAT WOULD BACK UP NOT ONLY MY DEMEANOR, AND TREATMENT OF STAFF, AND PEOPLE ALIKE, BUT ALSO BEING A GOOD, PATIENT THAT LISTENS, FOLLOWS DIRECTIONS, AND DOES NOT DISRUPT ANY FLOW OF ANY DR'S OFFICE I'VE EVER ATTENDED. UNFORTUNATELY, MY PRIMARY CANNOT CONTINUE LONG TERM MEDS FOR MY CONDITION, BUT IVE SEEN HIM SINCE I WAS 8, AND HE WOULD STAND UP FOR ME ANY DAY, ALONG WITH OTHER DR'S. THANKS FOR ANY HELP, NEEDED BADLY, THIS GUY NEEDS HIS LICENSE REVOKED!!!!!! END OF STORY
