I phoned at the reference of my trusted vet. The people on the phone were unprofessional and down right rude when speaking to me. I expected compassion and concern but got neither. Am taking my pet elsewhere. Not convinced they care about animals as much as money. Scheduled me for a visit with a surgeon BEFORE an ultrasound to specify the problem and wanted to keep poor kitty all day when all he needed was ultrasound. Kitty may need surgery but needed ultrasound first. I was sent to 3 different doctors even though kitty had been to ER and regular doc in past 5 days. Money seems to be the driving force. After all of THEIR visits to Their specialists...will I have any money left for the surgery to help the cat?! I have 6 cats and two dogs who I take care of and have never been treated like this.. When I told them, I changed my mind and was going elsewhere...I was hung up on. Do you really believe they care about my cat or my money! Be an Informed pet owner before you go here. I too was shocked considering all of the recommendations.
