Dr. Yacuub doesn't have very good bedside manner. Very arrogant. While IL Pain Institute is in the Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL PPO network, the facility (Barrington Pain and Spine Institute), where Dr. Yacuub performs all of his procedures is not. They are not forthcoming with that information even when asked so beware that you will be stuck with a very large bill. Had two procedures performed (neither one alleviated my pain) before discovering the billing issue. Now I not only lost my job because I am still in pain and cannot function, I have to find a way to pay the bill.

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I have been seeing them for about 5 months. I've had an amazing experience, and they are by far the best I've ever seen.
