I did not acctually visit the facility yet, although I was being set up through another clinic to obtain a peice of equipment from Upland Hills.
My issue is that after waiting already over a week, I was just informed that it will be at least another week or more before the equipment is available for me. I guess my only thought is if it is going to be 2 or more weeks for someone to get a peice of equipment that they know someone is waiting for, maybe a phone call would be in order to let them know that. You are dealing with people and medical conditions that they are worried about so that phone call would have been appreciated. Not so much a complaint as an initial observation !!
