MON Health Care had my electric wheelchair in their repair shop for close to two weeks. I received the chair back & was told it was working. It is not. I've tried to reach them by phone during regular business hours & left a message yesterday as instructed by their answering machine informing me the call would be returned in 24 hours. Well - I was told Medicare would not cover the cost of repair since I did not purchase the wheelchair from them. A friend gave me the used chair several years ago. I paid them $530.00 before the chair was returned. My disability is severe & requires an electric chair which my physicians have documented.

The folks at Mon Health Care (Morgantown), especially at the warehouse, but at the VanVoorhis Road facility too, are the most helpful and accommodating people with whom I have dealt since I was diagnosed with MS. Please thank them for me.
