The employee I dealt with didn't seem knowledgeable and I had to keep asking questions because she was not telling me anything. I was told I would get a call back on the product I wanted to order but wanted more information, still waiting for that call....

I will never use this company again! The staff never knows what is going on and I have had problems every time I have gone there. They always say they are going to reserve something for you, but don't be fooled, it wont be there when you go to pick it up! The entire staff seems to be incompetent.
