I have been to this company before and am amazed at their level of commitment! They will spend time with you and if the item is not available in the store, they will drop-ship directly to your home. During the last couple of years I have dealt with Norma, Leslie, and Mark. All three were exceptional in helping us. Derrick is one of their delivery guys and he is great too. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!!!

Horrible! Took them 3 weeks to deliver CPAP machine from them receiving physician orders. Lost payments; unable to adequately answer questions; billed me more than what insurance Explanation of Benefits showed I owed; could never answer billing questions adequately as they have no access to itemized statements on their billing system. After multiple calls to them with issues not resolved, finally asked them to come pick up machine. They could not give a date when that would happen.
