The staff was very courteous in answering questions about what was covered by insurance and Medicare. They were very prompt in delivering oxygen supplies when my husband needed them ( I live in a rural area). I would definitely recommend them again.

It was New Years Eve and I had gone to two others stores that said they would be open but closed early for the holiday. When I came to J&B they were so helpful, courteous and understanding. I was nearly in tears not having the medical supplies I needed for my husband and knowing it was a holiday that I could not get them for days. The owner took such good care of me I left with what I needed plus things I didn't know were available. She answered so many questions and went beyond what I expected.
