So far slow to obtain simple equipment with all required physician papers
upon submission. Do not think they will call you back when they say they say they will. All this for a simple mask and strap.Thank you Mr. Obama for your Transformation! Before You all the supplies could be obtained in New Braunfels from several companies within 24 hours.

Friendly front desk. Pulmonary tech appeared competent. The whole place is a mess, boxes piled everywhere, dirty, dusty, disorganized. Really old stuff for sale with yellowed tags. The physical environment is not patient friendly. The "office" / storage place where I met with the technician seems to be a dressing room from a previous life. I was there to be fitted with mask for cpap. The "office" consisted of one small dirty table and three folding chairs with boxes pushed against the wall. Dust everywhere and things thrown about. I commented and the tech said, "I just cleaned two weeks ago."
