I was very pleased with them. The young lady opened the door for me while I walked in with my crutches. Ms Charlie was exceptionally kind with me grumbling and she went round and round with my insurance. when people are so willing to complain because of their own laziness I thought I might say a compliment when someone was so nice to me.

They Did not accomodate my schedule. I guess I'm going to have to go to someone else now. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. This provider makes no effort to get my view on things. I don't think they care at all about my concerns. During the sales process the sales associate said we could return the item within a week and be only charged a week. The next day I injured my other foot by falling down and went to the doctor to see if my other foot was broken. He told us we would have to use some help with another boot on my other foot and using the scooter for an additional 12 weeks. We tried to return this knee scooter with little help from the associate because she said we were out of luck. She told her that it would be more cost-effective for my wife to my Knee scooter and return the one that she rented. (Nicky) She said this is not the case because we have signs that are posted that once you pay for monthly charge for It's yours for a month. Needless to say the customer service was sadly lacking and would not help us or accommodate us with a one-week rental instead of a month. Bad customer service, would not recommend.
