My name is Elizabeth DeJesus and I went into this store per doctor's orders to get an extra large heating pad. The front counter girl named Valerie laughed in my face and with her employees. She then said that it couldn't possibly exist. Then she did find it and then told me my medicaid didn't cover it. She was very rude and degrading and I felt humiliated. I will NEVER step foot in this place ever again! Then my son contacted the owner named Tom and he was equally as rude and offensive and hung up the phone on my son. Who do they think they are? Acting holier than thou when it's me who's paying for the product. I also go there for my oxygen supplies but never again. They are completely unprofessional and rude and negative people.
