Since 1999, we've been helping people regain their independence, spend more quality time with friends and family, and get more out of life. Our roots go back to 1990, when we were simply an electric mobility repair service. At that time, we were just helping out friends and neighbors, repairing scooters and wheelchairs. Thanks to our wonderful clients, and a lot of word-of-mouth, we've grown considerably since those days. And our product and service offerings have expanded over the years as well, to include Walking Aids, Wheelchairs, Home Safety & Access, Vehicle Safety and Access, Daily Living Aids, Patient Care & Therapy and Payment Solutions.

I have been to them several times. Once was an odd problem with my scooter that looked like I might have to buy a new one. They had it fixed and working in a very reasonable time and I drove it out. Another time, my scooter had come to a complete stop, so I drove it over in my van. Within a few minutes, he discovered it was a simple fuse which he reset with a push of a button. He refused to take any payment at all and now I know how to do that myself. They have always been friendly and helpful. I'm glad to tell others to go there for first class service! I'm so glad to have a good place to keep my scooter working and get equipment!

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
