I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Completely rude and unprofessional, avoid at all costs.
