The billing department is not knowledgeable with insurance. They did not receive pre-authorization from my insurance company.
I have had nothing but problems concerning the billing.
I paid my account in full. Then a month latter received another invoice. When I called to find out what had happened, they had no record of my payment, but it was withdrawn from my account. I had to spend way to much time to get this worked out with them. They assume the customer is lying. I will never use Millers again.
