The Legacy Medical Equipment is very unreliable. The phone staff doesn't know much about medical needs and always need to check with a supervisor. They're stuck on their policies "be paid first" despite my doctor's written prescription and insurance coverage intervention. My medical needs were not met for months. I have called them time after time and when my request was finally sent it was incomplete. Their customer service is a "0:"
